Event: Punjab Linux Users & Punjabi translators summer meet up

We are planning a mini meet up to start building a concrete Open Source and Linux culture in our region, Punjab and Chandigarh specifically.
The proposition is to discuss the wave we need to board. So every open source evangelist, Punjabi translator, or even just Punjabi users, or heck, even just anyone who wants to learn stuff and participate, is welcome! There is likely to be more than just talks, we'll have a tasteful lunch and some unexpected users are expected to turn up.
The venue will be somewhere in Chandigarh, most probably somewhere where we can accommodate the attendees and feed too. Hehe.
The time will be a weekend, 28th June, or 5th July (both Sundays). Final date will be fixed upon feedback.
If you are interested to contribute, or share some geekery, or even just participate in the discussion, or _even just_ sit there and eat, you are most welcome. The more the better! Be early part of the evil plot to turn the wave in Punjab!
Any objections to dates? Do you evangelize for Open Source, Linux (ubuntu, fedora, mandriva, your favorite distro)? Do you know Sunday is a holiday? You are coming!

Since 2 of main participants haven't been able to get a leave for these days, most probably the best option is to postpone it at the moment. Kind of lame though, seems like a Nigerian scam. Sorry guys. But I'll be there in Chandigarh on 5th if anyone wants to meet up personally, no one will mind.
Next date, whenever it'll be, will be up to Amanpreet Singh's availability. Maybe by August or something. It'll be announced.

The idea of Punjab/i Linux users meeting sounds interesting .. esp for the first time ... I hope it is the beginning of some thing good and big for linux in punjab and punjabi on linux.
And attendees will atleast get to know each other well.

Still in a dilemma for the date. While I thought 28th June would be final, but not so now, we are going to change the date to let someone else join us too! surprise surprise
