Ravi Font Conversion to Gurmukhi or Hari

I was looking for exactly the same thing myself, because many of my friends use all these different fonts, but it isn't standardized, and the content can't be read by everyone. Using the fonts really effects how accessible information is, and it damages the availability of the Punjabi language on the internet, IMO. Google won't index, translate or convert content like this when it these fonts are used.

Now that my rant is over, I wrote a little program to do this Works on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux too. If you are still looking for this, put up a reply and I'll attach what I have so far

I use ms word 2007 to type in Punjabi and I use Ravi font. I use phonetic keyboard and Indic IME to type. The recipient wants the matter in Gurumukhi font or hari font on Page Maker. If I type in Gurumukhi or hari font, it changes the keyboard layout and I become novice in typing. How can this problem be solved? How can I convert Ravi Font to Gurumukhi or hari font on page maker. How can I make the .doc file pastable on page maker? Please help.
